Everything you need to know about
​hiring a personal assistant. 

Do you have any long term contracts?  
No. If you are unhappy with the service, please reach out — we are happy to address any issue that may come up. However, if it is unresolvable, we do not hold you to anything long term and you will be able to cancel. 

When will I get charged for my subscription? 
Clients get charged every Monday for all hours done the previous week, as tracked by your PA to the nearest 15 minutes. Don’t forget that the minimum is 3 hours per week and you will be charged for at least the minimum every week. 

How do I know I can trust my personal assistant?
All of our personal assistants are background checked, insured, and bonded. We work with each assistant one on one and train them personally before we start pairing them with clients. This is to ensure common mistakes are avoided and that they live up to our high standards of conduct. 

Will I always get the same personal assistant?
Yes! Once you are paired with a personal assistant, they are yours for as long as you want or as long as they stay with the company. If they have to leave for whatever reason, we assign you a new one at no extra cost. The new personal assistant will shadow the old one for a day or so to make sure your personal procedures and the high quality of care that you are used to are kept up with the new pairing. 

Can a personal assistant come when I’m not at my house?
Yes, as long as you are comfortable with it. In fact, most of our clients work with their personal assistant in this way. There’s no greater feeling than coming home after a long day of work to find all of your personal tasks finished! 

Isn’t a personal assistant just for celebrities or the ultra rich?
No, the great thing about our service is that you can get celebrity level service but only for as much as you need us — in a way that is affordable. The vast majority of our clients would certainly not classify themselves as ultra rich. They have a wide range of incomes and use us to varying degrees. The one thing they all have in common is that they are busy and know that the investment in our services improves their lives immensely.

How do I pay?  
Before you begin the services, we securely put your credit card on file using a trusted third party service. As a client, you’ll have access to an online portal where you’ll be able to view all your invoices, see notes from your personal assistants about when they came and what they accomplished, and will be able to change your method of payment should you need to.

Is this an on-call service?
No. We do not do on-call or one time visits. If you need a one time service, you are probably better off with a service like Task Rabbit, Instacart, or Rover. 

Is there a minimum?
Yes. We have a minimum of 3 hours per week. 

Can I add extra hours over my weekly normal  if I need extra help?

Yes. You can definitely add extra hours any time, provided your personal assistant is available.
