The Cbus PA Difference.We start off all new clients with our proprietary client onboarding system called The Home Plan. A (up to) 2 hour process where one of our Lead PAs will walk you through a free Todoist setup, upload our own templates, customize them for your home, and document/create systems for your PA to follow. The most difficult problem we have encountered in this business is helping clients delegate efficiently.
Needing to come up with a different to-do list every time your PA comes can be exhausting and overwhelming. You may start to think, “I’ll just do it myself, it’s too much to explain”. Or, “I don’t even have a second to breathe, much less think about what needs to be done in my home”. This is why we came up with the Home Plan. A customized system that solves this problem once and for all.
