STEP 1: SUBMIT YOUR NAME AND EMAIL
You will receive an email with more information and the tools to help you decide the amount of hours and the type of tasks your assistant will help you with.
STEP 2: FILL OUT YOUR PAIRING FORM
In the email you'll find a link to an online form you need to fill out with some more details about yourself and your needs. This information is important in pairing you with the right assistant!
STEP 3: MEET YOUR ASSISTANT
Once paired with an assistant who can meet your needs, you will interview them in a public place and he/she will go over logistics with you.
STEP 4: SECURE OUR SERVICES
If you are happy with the pairing (and we hope you LOVE them!), you are welcome to start with them at your earliest convenience once your billing is set up. We have simple monthly packages based on the hours you need and your payment is due at the beginning of each month.
Note: We accept most major credit cards so you NEVER have to worry about messing with cash or checks.
STEP 5: ENJOY YOUR EXTRA TIME!
We will ALWAYS work to resolve any issues that may come up, however there are no long term contracts so you can cancel at anytime.
