There are two different ways to work with us:

The easiest and most popular way to work with us is through our Core Team. You pay an hourly fee to work with one of our excellent PAs.

Payroll is taken care of through our company so all you need to do is have a method of payment on file with us and we take care of the rest. We only require you to keep a 4 hour weekly minimum and 2 week notice if you ever need to cancel your services.

​We bill weekly on Mondays for all hours performed the week before and you’ll have access to a client portal where you can change your method of payment and view hours and invoices anytime. We LOVE transparency and this keeps everything up front and honest.

02.​

The second option is through a direct hire.  A direct hire is where we source and train the right candidate for you to take on as an employee of your home. We background check, reference check, train the candidate, help you get your payroll setup, and guarantee the placement for 3 months.
We may recommend a direct hire if:
  • You need a hybrid home manager and nanny. Our core team cannot do any babysitting. 
  • You need a full time personal assistant or household manager.
  • You are an entrepreneur and need a hybrid home and virtual business assistant and wish to put this person on your payroll. Please note: if you ONLY need business help we will refer you out.
