Columbus Personal Assistants provides assistance with household needs to overwhelmed families. Get peace of mind and check off that to-do list, while your trustworthy personal assistant runs errands, does laundry, washes dishes, and grocery shops. ​

How does it work?

​STEP 1: SET UP A PHONE CONSULTATION
We'll talk about what type of help you are looking for and you'll provide information to help pair you with your perfect assistant. You will also receive an email with more information and the tools to help you decide the amount of hours and the type of tasks your assistant will help you with. 

STEP 2: MEET YOUR ASSISTANT
Once paired with an assistant who can meet your needs, you will interview them in a public place and he/she will go over logistics with you. 

STEP 3: SECURE OUR SERVICES
If you are happy with the pairing (and we hope you LOVE them!), you are welcome to start with them at your earliest convenience once your billing is set up. We have simple monthly packages based on the hours you need and your payment is due at the beginning of each month.
Note: We accept most major credit cards so you NEVER have to worry about messing with cash or checks.

STEP 4: ENJOY YOUR EXTRA TIME!
We will ALWAYS work to resolve any issues that may come up, however there are no long term contracts so you can cancel at anytime.
